Horse Holiday Lincolnshire

Equine Holidays

Four secure paddocks of generous proportions to enable guests to bring their own horse on holiday. The paddocks are close to the holiday cottages and there is also ample space in our crew yard to park lorries, horse trailers and carriages.

We are situated within 17 acres of land in the Linconshire Wolds - a beautiful area with plentiful bridleways and stunning scenery. The Lindsey Trail is a 69 mile route through the Lincolnshire Wolds for carriage drivers, horse riders, cyclists and walkers and is a combination of surfaced and unsurfaced quiet lanes, public rights of way and Forestry Commission rides. 22 miles are off road and 47 miles on road. Further information on this route can be found at: www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/lindseytrail
To read a recent review written by visitors carriage driving on the trail, please read our blog at www.grangefarmholidaybreaks.blogspot.co.uk

If you would like to experience the thrill of beach riding, the coast is only 18 miles away and on many occasions you may be the only people on the beach.

Costs for grazing in the paddocks are:

One horse £10 per night for stays of up to 3 nights
For stays between 4 and 7 nights £50 per stay

Multiple Horses £10 per horse per night for stays of up to 3 nights
For stays between 4 and 7 nights £40 per horse, per stay

Guest Reviews

Had a lovely stay, sadly too short.  Cottage was fabulous, one of the best we have stayed in. Great rides and dog walks.  Thank you.

A wonderful cottage & excellent riding & driving location.  Weather not so perfect but it didn't spoil things.

Our first stay in Beechwood, but hopefully not our last! We have all had a very relaxing and enjoyable break.  The cottage & farm does you great credit and exceeds everything we've read about it and you two!  Lovely cottage, lovely people and great hosts - a warm welcome (thanks for the basket) and nothing too much trouble to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.  Banjo enjoyed the attention on our arrival!  Great hacking in any direction along the Lindsey Trail. Fishing in the lake was really good - enjoyed it. Above all the peach and quiet, at times just the birds singing and the wind through the trees. Kingfisher around the lake a special treat. Thanks for everything!
Beechwood - June/July 2017 - Tim, Trina & Banjo, Bedfordshire

Excellent.  Very clean & comfortable with lovely touches.  Denis enjoyed fishing, Willow & I the Wolds.  Thanks to William & Harry for company and sharing the grazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Grange Farm - the horses were so relaxed in such a lovely environment and we thoroughly enjoyed our ride on the beach yesterday and ride around the Lincolnshire Wolds this am and we are already planning our next visit to you.  Lovely to see you and thank you
